Season 32, Episode 8

Principal Skinner and Superintendent Chalmers have a long history of a love-hate relationship, which we usually see as a side gag, or at best, a B-side storyline, but this week they take the lead and leave room for nobody else, so it's definitely a risk.

Season 32, Episode 7

Our favourite yellow humans reach for the bright lights of Marvel, animated TV shows and the school band in this week's episode. Comic Book Guy struggles to ask the perfect question at a convention, Bart finds his calling in the world of animation, and Lisa falls for another not-so nice guy. To summarise: we're in for a treat.

Season 32, Episode 6

Abe Simpson is under a ton of scrutiny this week as he's framed for the murder of his current fling, Vivienne (voiced by guest actress Morgan Fairchild). With the town turning against him one podcast at a time, he's going through a pretty difficult period of his life.

Season 32, Episode 5

This week the Simpson household is split; the kids and Marge are off on vacation, the dogs and Grandpa are having the time of their life with Flanders, and Homer is left alone. And Olivia Colman guest stars to help him along the way. Could it be a win for almost all of us?

Season 32, Episode 4

The last time we saw our favourite animated family things weren't so exciting, as a three-storyline episode proved to be a little too much to handle. And this week, we're attempting it again, but it looks like we may be in for a better half hour.

Season 32, Episode 3

In another attempt of taking us to the past, 'The Simpsons' manages to give us an episode all about some of the most famous artists of all time, with all of the puns and references you can expect from our favourite animated family.

Season 32, Episode 2

'The Simpsons' transporting us back into the past whilst centring an episode on a political message isn't the freshest idea from the franchise, and when done before, it's typically been a hit or a miss. 'I, Carumbus' however, falls somewhere in the middle.

Season 32, Episode 1

Coming off of one of the greatest seasons in recent years, 'Undercover Burns' has a lot to live up to. And by placing an infamous supporting character in the limelight, it definitely is a determined choice.

Season 31, Episode 22

The season 31 finale gives us everything we love in a modern episode of the FOX sitcom: a hearty message, some fun one-liners, and best of all, nostalgia.

Season 31, Episode 21

Each character on 'The Simpsons' serves a purpose; some are used to be the go-to gag for punching up at higher classes, whilst others are included to shine a light on modern society. Lisa Simpson - this week's main focus - is the show's moral compass, and whenever she's the star of the episode, we know we're about to get our hearts tugged at.

Season 31, Episode 20

Being one of the very few hour-long stories in the show's history, we see one of the most iconic hour long storylines referenced when we remind ourselves who shoots Mr. Burns within the opening of the episode. Is FOX attempting to resurrect the frenzy of those episodes? With the occasionally serious tones and the aforementioned gag, it seems so.

Season 31, Episode 19

In the first of a two-parter, 'The Simpsons' aims to make the most of extended screen time. The show has made a handful of attempts of multi-episode storylines, one of them airing back to back on the same night, as well as season six and seven's iconic "Who Shot Mr. Burns?". Both of these are pretty popular examples, so "Warrin' Priest" definitely has a lot to live up to.

Season 31, Episode 18

At this point of our lives, the political landscape is negatively impacting more of us than it has in recent memory; with world leaders putting money before the livelihood of their citizens, and the stress of the world causing us to act out in ways that will selfishly affect our loves ones, this episode of our favourite family sitcom epitomises where we are today in way that only 'The Simpsons' can.

Season 31, Episode 17

This week's episode is all about drugs, with a touch of marriage problems creeping in between our favourite couple, Marge and Homer. It's an episode that doesn't quite hit the spots it needs to, and the humour is pretty hit or miss, but overall, it does a somewhat decent job of entertaining us.

Season 31, Episode 16

What starts out as a promising premise we've already seen work on this show quickly falls flat as 'The Simpsons' fails to capture the true magic of the Bart and Homer relationship.
